As you know, I started training again one week ago today. The result? I dropped NINE pounds since last Monday! How? Cycling four days a week, hot yoga one day a week, and eating really clean. This photo is me from tonight. Not too shabby considering I've been patiently waiting to train again since September! Happy! :) My goal is seventy pounds off this year and I'm well on my way!
